Uh.....ya. This album was not good. These guys are getting way to heavier than they should. On ALL of their songs there's
a ear-aching scream with heavy distortion in the background. I wasn't really impressed with their single too "Vitamin
R (Leading Us Along)", which too had some ear-aching screams. I really did not like their lyrics either. They are so
random and make no sense, here's a sample off of "Tug-O-War", (Go back and forth until it's learned, To suffer now
or nothing's gained, Then wake within a freezing sweat, Push and pull, collecting doubt...Starting seeds). They need to go
back to their roots and start playing music like "Point #1" or "Send the Pain Below". The only song on
this album which is worth hearing is "Still Running", which you may have heard from the Punisher soundtrack. Its
good song because of the catchy guitar in the verse and bridge. Forget this album, go buy the other two.
